Information Centre of Regional Hospital Náchod a.s.

The main scope of work of this department is to ensure good quality communication with patients and hospital visitors.

The Information Centre staff will provide you with all necessary information for all medical departments within the Regional Hospital Náchod a.s. areas of activity, including the lay out of individual departments within the hospital centre.

Further duties for the staff of the Information Centre include providing clients with information regarding the schedules of individual departments, surgery hours and the running of the surgeries along with the attendance of individual doctors. They will further acquaint you with those services which are available in the hospital centre. They can also arrange a telephone conversation with the relevant staff of the Regional Hospital Náchod, for you. A reception has been built in the entrance to the pavilion for the surgeries where clients and visitors can obtain promotional materials for the regional Hospital Náchod a.s. and request all important information from the reception staff.

Working hours of the Information Centre are Monday – Friday 7:00 – 15:30 hrs.
